Procedures

1. Submit the (petition) application at the Register stating the number of required certificates. The application is then transferred to the Tariff and Agreements Directorate/ Agreements and Rules of Origin Department.
2. The head of Department shall forward the application to the concerned officer.
3. The application is sent to the Department of Financial Affairs to pay the fees of registration (2 JODs per every copy).

      4.The concerned officer at the Agreements and Rules of OriginDepartment issues the certificate.

Required Documents

- An authorization letter from the company for the applicant.

- The petition must be on headed paper stamped with the official stamp of the company.
